How Do I Insure My Order With Route?
You can choose to add package protection at checkout and rest assured you’ll be covered in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. If you wish to protect your package, you can choose Checkout from our cart and the Route protection will be added to your order.

If you would prefer to not protect your package, click Continue without package protection.

How Can I Make a Claim with Route
If something goes wrong and you experience and issue with your order, you can file a claim Route's Team here.
When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
